ARRIVING AND CHECK IN
at the Presentation Center in Los Gatos Friday June 16th 3 - 4:30pm
WORKSHOP
Friday 5-9pm; Saturday 9am-9pm; Sunday 9am-4pm.
Accomodation / Fee: all inclusive
The workshop fee for tuition, materials, 3 meals per day and lodging
all inclusive in a shared room $ 540.– (Tuition $ 290.– / Accomodation $ 250.–)
all inclusive in a private room $ 580.– (Tuition $ 290.– / Accomodation $ 290.–)
The Reservation at the Presentation Center will be done for you
Travel expenses are separate
Registering / Policies
Your application is binding. In case of cancellation until May 16. 2017 the amount of $ 150.– will not be refunded. Later the whole amount must be paid unless a replacement participant is provided by you.
The reservation deposit is $ 150.– and has to be effected upon receipt of the confirmation. The rest must be paid by
May 16th 2017. Special agreeements can be taken in consultation with the organizer.

Responsibility
I take note that the participation indicates normal physical and mental ability. I take full responsability in all my actions during and after the retreat. Therefore I will not hold responsible trainer, organizer and host. Trainer, organizer and host do not take over liability for any personal damage, except if it can be proved to have acted with gross negligence or deliberately.
